 As you may recall, in late-December and early-January, floods caused the evacuation of residents living in the Marysville area.  During that time there were two evacuation periods: a Voluntary evacuation period and a Mandatory evacuation period.

Please answer the questions on behalf of your entire household.

Voluntary evacuation period: January 1 and morning/early afternoon of January 2, 1997

Mandatory evacuation period: late afternoon/evening of January 2 through January 4, 1997, when re-entry to the area was not allowed.
